Our site has been designed so that following the steps should be easy and self explanatory. The following conditions to any order apply:
STORAGE
Our Alassala Extra Virgin Cold pressed Organic Argan Oil come in a clear Marasca glass bottle. The oil may become cloudy at temperature less than 10 C. This is normal and the oil will clear on gentle worming or in room temperature. We recommend that the oils and pastes are stored in dry place away from sunlight.
Our Alassala Organic Argan Oil for Hair and Skin Care comes in Certified Plastic Airless Bottle. The oil may become cloudy at temperature less than 10 C. This is normal and the oil will clear in room temperature.
DISPATCH AND CARRIAGE
We can only accept orders through the web site for delivery to addresses on the UK Mainland. For deliveries to the Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and EU countries please contact us.
Orders are dispatched Mondays to Saturdays and are sent out by overnight couriers. We use First Class Recorded Delivery Service. Please be aware that a signature is required by the courier to confirm receipt of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for any parcels not being delivered due to incorrect delivery information or non deliveries due to recipient being away at time of delivery. So please make sure when placing your order that you give us an alternative delivery address if this is likely to happen to accept your delivery.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Orders below £30.00 are charged at £3.95 per delivery address. Orders over £30.00 are FREE. Delivery is to mainland UK only.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
If a problem should occur with any of our products or our service you must contact us immediately and we will do all in our power to correct the problem as swiftly and efficiently as possible for you.
In the event of a product or service not being satisfactory to you, you will be required to contact us immediately by writing and return the goods in their entirety unopened package within 24 hours to receive full reimbursement for all charges incurred.
You can cancel your order any time before delivery and up to 7 working days after delivery. To do this you are required to contact us by email. We'll refund your money, excluding the original postage, within 30 days. If you do cancel then I'm afraid you must return the goods to us at your own expense and you'll also be responsible for the risk of loss or damage in transit.
AVAILABILITY
Many of our suppliers are small producers from Morocco, therefore, popular products that are highly demanded may occasionally go out of stock. Shall this be the case, we will state that on the product page and on the Quick Shop page before you make your purchase. If a product goes out of stock after you made your order, we will make every possible effort to contact you and keep you informed as to the anticipated date of delivery.
ALLERGIES
Please note that all products may contain nut traces.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Your details are encrypted and held on a secure email. If you have indicated that we may send you details of Alassala Ltd products we think may interest you. If you wish us to cease holding your details please write to us.
We don't store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
While every effort to ensure that our site is secure and free from viruses we cannot guarantee that communications between us will not be free of viruses or that disclosure of any information will never occur. We will not be responsible for any loss of damage suffered by you in consequence of any such matters or breach of security.
WEB ACCURACY
Every care has been taken that all prices and descriptions on our website are correct. We accept no responsibility for errors made.
